Could I Still Be Pregnant Despite Having Nausea And Headache Along With Negative UPT?
Hi. We are ttc. I have missed my period by 4-6 days now. Last week Monday I had periodlike cramps with nausea (no vommiting) and a headache which lasted for about 2 hours. Yesterday (Sunday) I again, nausea no vommiting and headache. Today I have a light brown discharge but still no period. My breasts are swoolen, espesially my left breast. I have had periodlike pains for about two days 2 1/2 weeks ago but way too early to be period pains. I recently got a leg cramp during the night whilst sleeping, I NEVER get leg cramps... I took hpt (about 3) a week ago, but all came out negative. Could I be pregnant?
Hello, its not easy to diagnose early pregnancy from clinical symptoms alone. If you have done your urine pregnancy test after you missed your periods and its negative its unlikely that your are pregnant and your symptoms are unrelated. I m assuming your periods are regular while saying so. If your periods are irregular, you may have to take few more upt as your ovulation time isn't easy to predict. Moreover pregnancy related nausea and vomiting starts 2 weeks following missed periods. So overall I can be reasonably sure your symptoms aren't pregnancy related. Take care.
